Emails send from [email protected] via the /api/sendMail Azure Function. Set TENANT_ID, CLIENT_ID, and CLIENT_SECRET in Azure Portal → your Static Web App → Settings → Environment variables. The app registration needs Mail.Send (Application) permission with admin consent.

Out-of-Stock Alerts

Show a dashboard banner when all items of a type are checked out. Only watched types will trigger an alert.

For system emails from [email protected]: also add Application permission Mail.Send → Grant admin consent. Then create a client secret (Certificates & secrets) and add "clientSecret": "…" to config.json
Enterprise Applications → find your app → Properties → copy Object ID into config.json as "enterpriseAppObjectId"
Azure AD → Groups → for each role, find the group that should have SharePoint access → copy its Object ID → add to config.json as "spAccessGroups": { "admin": "guid", "staff": "guid", "yourRoleKey": "guid" } — role keys must match exactly what's stored in ITGearUsers (use Detect SP Group to find Object IDs)

Imaging Tracking

Select which item types require imaging before redeployment (e.g. laptops, desktops). Items of these types will show an Imaged or Needs Imaging badge and include an imaging checkbox during check-in.

Overdue Escalation

Sends an email to a supervisor when something is overdue by more than X days.
