Emails send from [email protected] via the /api/sendMail Azure Function. Set TENANT_ID, CLIENT_ID, and CLIENT_SECRET in Azure Portal → your Static Web App → Settings → Environment variables. The app registration needs Mail.Send (Application) permission with admin consent.

Colleague Holds (Ethos Integration)

Automatically places a hold on a student's Colleague record when a student loan is overdue by more than X days, and removes it as soon as the item is checked back in. Requires ETHOS_BASE_URL and ETHOS_API_KEY to be configured on the server.

Email Templates

Customize the emails and notifications the app sends. Each template is preloaded with its current text (or the built-in default if you haven't customized it) so you can edit from there. Clear a field and save to fall back to the built-in default.
